Cancellation and Payment Policy

Credit card information is requested at the time of the initial appointment.

Prepayment required in advance for phone or Skype consultations, otherwise payments are made at the time of the services via Credit Card, Cash, Personal Check, or though an online payment system.  

A minimum of 24-hours advance notice is required for appointment cancellations, otherwise, a fee of $100 for Dr. Lal-Tabak or $50 for Jim will be charged.
